What is Accelerated Resolution Therapy® (ART)?
Accelerated Resolution Therapy® (ART) is a brief, evidence-based psychotherapy approach that uses guided eye movements and image re-scripting techniques to reduce distress associated with difficult memories while preserving the factual memory of events.
How is ART different from traditional talk therapy?
ART focuses on resolving distressing memories and symptoms through structured interventions rather than primarily discussing experiences over multiple sessions.
How many ART sessions will I need?
Many clients experience significant relief in just a few sessions, though individual needs vary.

Do you accept insurance?
Yes, we accept most major insurances. Private pay rates are also available.
Do you offer superbills for out-of-network reimbursement?
Yes, per request.
What forms of payment do you accept?
Cash, credit, or debit payments are accepted.
What is your cancellation policy?
Appointments canceled with less than 24 hours' notice may be subject to a cancellation fee.

What do I need for a telehealth session?
A private location, reliable internet connection, and a device with audio and video capabilities.

Is therapy confidential?

Therapy Animal
Do you have a therapy animal in the office?
Yes. A therapy animal may be present during some sessions as part of the therapeutic environment.
Can I request interaction with the therapy animal?
Clients are welcome to inquire about therapy animal services. Availability is not guaranteed and may vary based on scheduling, clinical appropriateness, and the animal's needs.
